General shipping information:
            Gezit  Inc uses one of the most competitive transport logistics services in the United States.  Our rates are fair, assuming how fast and in which condition you get the product. Constantly all items are ground shipped via truck freight delivery. We never stack pallets or neglect fasteners or make any wrong actions that may cause possible damages to the delivered items. All items are shipped out from our central warehouse in NJ. Since the order is shipped out from the warehouse the responsibility is lying on the carrier company. We usually trust the transportation process to professionals from UPS ground delivery service. We have an opportunity deliver the items directly to the jobsite. The buyer gets a personal tracking number straight after the items are shipped out. During the shipping process, a company representative will contact you via phone call in order to schedule a comfortable delivery date. All the shipping operations are insured. We really care about the word logistics meaning and have an own work&transport high efficiency schedule. Each order is expedited and processed on the highest level.

Gezit Inc supports national shipping program – that means the items can be delivered to any point of the United States within our stock fixed terms. Standard processing time will be 10-15 business days + shipping from warehouse

All we need to have is a valid address and the recipient’s contact information before the delivery process is started. In case of making a mistake regarding the delivery information, you shall contact us within 24 hours since placing an order. If the items are shipped out to a wrong address, the buyer carries responsibilities to any additional shipping charges.

Shipping process is able to start from Monday till Friday. All items without exception are carefully packed in a specifically designed secure packing materials the way to ensure that your order arrives in a perfect condition.

 Since placing an order, you will receive a confrmaton via e-mail that your order has been sent to processing. After the order is shipped out you’ll get a second email with a personal tracking ID attached.

Payment operations:
            Gezit Inc. is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly only. The customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the driver or any other shipping company representative at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments will be at your sole discretion and cost. Reading this You agree that Gezit Inc. will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
           
Uploading and Unloading operations:

All shipments are delivered to the back of the truck. Lift gate services, inside delivery and white glove services are optional and calculated using special rates. You shall contact us the way to order them in advance (no longer than 48 hours after placing an order).

Drivers are not required to assist in up- or unloading operations. However, doors are a heavy commodity that will require 2-3 people to be present at the unloading place. During the unloading process, Gezit Inc. assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage of the product, personal injury to someone, or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.

Shipment acceptance:

Customer is responsible to inspect all the elements of the shipped product and indicate any shortage or damage, BEFORE signing the freights company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, he shall contact the freight company to file a claim and inform at least one of Gezit Doors Inc representatives. If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note on the delivery receipt the following: “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. DRIVER DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT” and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements. 

ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:

All ITEMS ARE DELIVERED IN A SATISFACTORY CONDITION.

RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND GEZIT DOORS INC FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS

            Please note:

            We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. The shipping spot point should be available for reaching via ground shipping truck. Please specify a valid physical address during the checkout process.
