National shipping

General shipping information:

Gezit Inc. has its own logistics department which helps to serve You even faster than You think! Our rates are fair, assuming how fast and in which condition you get the product. 2-year full warranty, well-balanced return policy-based and raised on our professional experience – everything for You! Constantly all items are ground shipped via truck freight delivery (usually UPS). We never stack pallets or neglect fasteners or make any wrong actions that may cause possible damage to the delivered items. Our new box-packing technology leaves no chances for possible damage. All items (doors, hardware, additional parts) are shipped out from our central warehouse in NJ. We take all the responsibility for ordered production and preparation. As soon as the order is shipped out from the warehouse the responsibility is divided on behalf of the carrier company. We usually trust the transportation process to professionals from UPS ground delivery service. We have an opportunity to deliver the items directly to the job site or any other suitable for you location. The customer gets a personal tracking number straight after the items are shipped out. During the shipping process, a company representative will contact you via phone call in order to schedule a comfortable delivery day&time. All the shipping operations are insured. We do care about what the word «logistics» means and have our work&transport high-efficiency schedule. Each order is expedited and processed at the highest level.

Gezit Inc. supports the national shipping program – that means the items can be delivered to any point of the United States within our stock fixed terms.

 Standard processing time is about 10-15 business days + shipping from the warehouse. 

 After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that your order has been sent to processing. After the order has been shipped out you’ll get a second email with a personal tracking ID attached.

The shipping process can start from Monday at 8 am till Friday at 4 pm. All items without exception are carefully packed in a specifically designed secure packing materials the way to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Be sure to provide us with Your full shipping and billing information before the delivery process is started. In case you made a mistake regarding the delivery information, you shall contact us within 24 hours since the order has been placed. If the items have been shipped out to the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Payment operations:

           Gezit Inc. is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly only. The customer does NOT have to pay anything to the driver or any other shipping company representative at the time of delivery or at any other time. All such payments will be at your sole discretion and cost. Reading this You agree that Gezit Inc. will not refund such payments under any circumstances.

            Uploading and Unloading operations:

All shipments are delivered to the back of the truck. Liftgate services, inside delivery, and white glove services are optional and calculated using special rates. You shall contact us on the way to order them in advance (no longer than 48 hours after placing an order).

Drivers are not required to assist in up- or unloading operations. However, doors are a heavy commodity that requires 2-3 people to be present at the unloading place. During the unloading process, Gezit Inc. assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage to the product, somebody’s injury or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.

Shipment acceptance:

The customer is responsible for inspecting all the elements of the shipped product and indicating any shortage or damage, BEFORE signing the freights company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, he shall contact the freight company to file a claim and inform at least one of Gezit Inc. representatives. If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note on the delivery receipt the following: “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. DRIVER DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT” and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed we cannot be liable for any replacements. 

ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:

All ITEMS ARE DELIVERED IN A SATISFACTORY CONDITION.

RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND GEZIT INC. FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS

       Please note:

       We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. The shipping spot point should be available for reaching via ground shipping truck. Please specify a valid physical address during the checkout process.
